The Basic plan provides limited usage of the application, allowing the creation of free commitments and the use of basic forms provided by Spondei.
In addition, the Basic plan only allows for manual creation of quotes and invoices from templates, while the Pro plan enables auto-generated creation of quotes and invoices with just a few clicks using data collected within commitments.
With the Pro plan, you can also use the payment API to send online payments to clients, speeding up payments and reducing delays or missed payments.
The Pro plan also includes the Communication module, which allows you to create email templates for specific contexts, messages, and terms to optimise communication and interactions with clients.
The cost-effectiveness of the Pro plan, in addition to its expanded features, is a significant advantage. The units purchased as part of a monthly Pro subscription are more cost-effective than units purchased in blocks.
Additionally, it provides peace of mind, ensuring users aren't blocked; each user can enjoy the flexibility offered by the Pro plan and choose monthly units that match their average usage of the solution.
Once you have used up the free units, some features will be locked.
If you want to take advantage of all the features, we advise you to opt for a Plan Pro subscription with a number of units corresponding to your average use of the Spondei solution.
If you exceed the number of units included in your subscription, some features of the Pro plan will be locked. You will need to purchase an additional block of units to unlock these features.
However, if exceeding your units becomes frequent, we recommend adjusting your subscription by increasing the number of units that you initially opted for.
Two reasons for this recommendation:
- The cost of units included in the subscription is less expensive than the cost of units purchased in blocks.
- You'll avoid future lockouts and be able to manage your business with peace of mind.
On the other hand, if you have unused units at the end of the month, you can roll them over and make the most of them during peak periods.
A unit is consumed each time one of the following actions is performed:
- Commitment received from an advanced form.
- Automated creation of a quote from the data included in the commitments.
- Automated creation of an invoice from the data included in the commitments.
- Automated creation of a credit note from the data included in the commitments.
- Automated creation of an online payment through the payment API.
You can easily check the balance of your units by accessing the home page, where the number of units available is clearly displayed at the top of the screen.
